At Petsuper.ae, we’re committed to delivering your smart pet products quickly, securely, and affordably.

Shipping Within UAE

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days across the UAE.
• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders over AED 150. A flat fee of AED 15 applies otherwise.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. For bulk or B2B orders outside the UAE, please contact us at support@petsuper.ae.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
